I was attracted by GuangMing and friends’ recommendation – ‘cheap’ BUT is it good?! Let’s review and see.
I believe this is related to Mommy Wang as the back of their menu book was having the imprint of this wording. The Queensbay Mommy Wang outlet also has changed its name to 台北 Taipei 101 台湾料理.
招牌珍珠奶茶 (Pearl Milk Tea) RM3.50. Normal light pearl milk tea. Not consistent in the pearls’ texture from my two different visits. Once was having hardness in core and another time was very soft.
木瓜牛奶（Papaya Milk Shake) RM3.90 . Use the real papaya to blend therefore you can taste the healthy, rich and thick papaya juice. Impressed.
招牌甘梅地瓜（Sweet Potato with Plum) RM4.00
Deep fried sweet potato then sprinkled with sour plum powder. One of the light snacks that impressed me too.
醉鸡砂煲饭 (Drunken Chicken Claypot Rice) RM8.90.
Using breast meat with thick and wine infused gravy. This type of drunken chicken is totally out of my expectation, but then RM8.90 only – what could I have expected more leh? 
蠔仔面线 (Oyster Mung Bean Vermicelli) RM6.80
Big pieces of oysters and shredded eggs as ingredients. Not the ordinary oyster vermicelli that we used to eat. One may not like it due to its heavy ‘stinky’ oyster taste in their soup base.
炸酱面 (Fried Bean Sauce Noodle ) RM6.80
I found that the minced meat was simply too salty.
台湾香肠 (Taiwanese Hot Dog ) RM5.00
Crispy and oily. Impressed though.
杨贵妃鸡面 (Yong Koi Fei Chicken Noodle) RM6.80
Nah, don’t tell me this doesn’t look familar to you loh! This is exactly like the Mommy Wang one! Both the chicken and the noodles were too salty though.
特大鳗鱼饭 (Japanese Eel (Unagi) Rice) RM14.50
The menu there written as “Super Big”, I expected so too. When the actual item came, it’s just the regular size lah! *LOL*
水饺汤 (Dumpling Soup) RM4.00
5 pcs of sui kao, without shrimps of course, merely meat. Mai hiam bei pai loh!
Complimentary Soup (You can ignore this as it’s salty too)
Price is definitely low. One key point to highlight is we turned very thirsty after each meal here. Hmm…..Judge by your own if it worths your visit, ok?!
